This Privacy Policy explains how Northwest Ohio Classical Academy ("NOCA," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with NOCA Call Off, our internal system for reporting staff absences and arranging substitute coverage by text message (SMS) and email.
NOCA Call Off is a private, internal tool used only with NOCA employees (teachers and staff) and pre-approved substitute teachers who voluntarily opt in. Participation is optional and is not a condition of employment; it is not a public service and is not used to message students or families.
We share information only with the service providers that operate this system on our behalf — our SMS provider (Twilio), our database/hosting providers (Supabase and Vercel), and our email provider (Resend) — and only as needed to deliver these notifications.
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or trade mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in or consent data to anyone. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for any purpose other than operating this messaging program.
Message frequency varies based on absences and coverage needs. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for assistance. See our Terms & Conditions for details.
We retain this information for as long as needed to operate the program and meet our recordkeeping needs, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. Access is limited to authorized school administrators.
